From an overall perspective, it can be argued that to enhance the effectiveness of the new strategy, it is very essential to establish well-developed relationships with the consultants as they are considered the powerhouse of the hospital. Implementing a multi-departmental working party in the hospital could also serve beneficial, as it would permit various important strategic decisions.
